"Very nice calm area, too many damn cops just waiting to ticket you for the stupidest reason, they even learn their residents cars and info and stop you by first name basis. I feel that's abuse of personal Rights. Nice little city but only because of all the nonsense tickets you get including ashing a cigarette out of your window!"
