"This is a horrible company there's nothing or no physical person that can help customer service leaves you hanging this company adds what ever price they want to your bill.... there is no other water company "JESUS HELP US" my service was disconnected and they removed my meter and i paid over 500 dollars to restore my account I OWN MY PROPERTY THIS WAS DONE IN 1 DAY ...NO NOTICE NO ONE TO TALK TO WHY I DIDN'T MOVE BUT THIS IS A COMPANY OF THEIVES AND PROFESSIONAL LIAR'S"
"My husband and I moved out of our home 4 months ago, and kept the water turned on for months with no water or payment issues. We are finally selling our home and find out that they termed our account without notice, and the water was off but it had been on just a few days ago. The agent on the phone said that someone tried calling us this month that our account will be dropped and did not give a reason on their notes. No voicemail or anything. Now we are having to pay for over 200 for another home inspection for the buyers since the water was off and the first inspection was not fully completed. In order to get it back on before 2pm we have to drive an hour and a half since we dont live there anymore, to start a new account because they want you there in person. I dont understand why we cant reopen an account they closed without proper notice via phone. Horrible water company. They have no accountability because no one can choose not to go with them."
"I tried renting the Clubhouse in my subdivision. The whole process was terrible. I took my deposit and rental fee in Money Order form. I was told to sign both money orders and I would be contacted by the manager over the Department. I never received a response. So days prior I began trying to get in touch with someone because it was getting close to the time for my event. Every time I called it was always a different story and different person telling me different things on what should happen. The Manager Jocelyn Gonzalez’s never returned any calls. And the day before I finally got to speak with her and everything the other people said was totally different from what was supposed to happen. She then told me someone would be coming out to let me in the building the day of. Which never happened. I had to call the emergency number to get in touch with her boss just to be able to get in the building. Mind you they had my money. Now fast forward. They sent my Money Order back but I had to go back to the office to get them to cash the money order because it was in their name. This is by far the worst company ever to deal with."
"This is the WORST water district I’ve ever come across! Workers are incompetent, supervisors are horrible. The manager named Sheila always have a nasty attitude. They are money hungry and will charge you 8 to process a credit card payment. You never see the workers reading meters and the bills are questionable. These are thieves!!!!! Water bill is extremely expensive, I think someone is pocketing the money!!!! Shady water company! I will be reporting them the local news….."
"Horrible! This company and it's staff have no empathy towards it's customers! They will not work with you whatsoever if you're behind. I've tried getting an extension only twice since living at my place of residence (been here for a year) and both times it was denied by the account manager. Each request was for a short amount of time (literally a few days!) They did not care that my family and I have been having financial struggles. They did not care that I have a one-year-old child. All they care about is money! They will turn off your water in a heartbeat and make it extremely inconvenient to get services reconnected. I hate that I can't cancel this account and switch companies. It's the only water company for my district and they take advantage of that by providing poor service! If you're contemplating moving to this area, DON'T simply because Inframark will screw you GOOD!"
