"The park was clean. The tables were also clean. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't make a reservation on Sundays for the pavilions, but I'm glad that there was adequate space for my group to set up."
"Park is operated by Harris County. Playground needs serious repairs due to soft rubber ground cover being worn out. Picnic pavilions with tables and smokers / grills are available by reservation. Large fishing lake Walking trail Mini golf Playground Senior center Indoor pool and weight room."
"It's a decent park for what it is but unfortunately they've become overly restrictive with the hours of the park. The time alloted for closing is 10pm but you now have goons driving around in trucks hassling people to leave by as early as 8:30pm. Glad to see what my excessive taxes are getting me."
"Go here to play soccer with my kids, work some drills with them and practice some ball handling. Nice and safe for family. Not too crowded. However; towards the evening, especially during the fall season, it gets dark pretty quickly. A good portion of the park is not well lit. The restroom is pretty clean, well lit and accessible."
"Overall a very clean park. The baseball fields are well maintained. The grass areas are nicely mowed. Both of the above with clean bathrooms are nearby. The fields have good bleachers for attendees to scape the sun. There is also a good amount go tall big trees for some shaded areas. I didn’t see a concession stand but it is centrally located to easily access nearby stores/restaurants. Parking can be a bit tough when there is both baseball and soccer tournaments happening on the same weekend."
