"Very nice park. Paved trail with benches along the way. 2 hiking trails. Mountain bike trail, at least 2 miles. Soccer field and basball field. Restrooms are clean and there is a water station near. At the moment there is only one pet water station at the front of the park. I was told they will put one near the restroom as soon as it is approved."
"A good start. Lots of potential to continue to add more amenities. Need an overall park map at the main structure. The ball fields need dugouts, lights. Add a 1/2 court basketball court. The paths need more signage, distance markers, plant ids, Connect its trails to Stone Oak park?"
"Very nice park with a lot of open green space, trails, walking paths, baseball fields, very clean restrooms, and soon to open playground. There's a small parking lot as soon as you turn into the park, but there's a larger parking lot if you follow the road further in. The walking path is about .75 miles around the loop and takes about 15 minutes at a casual pace. There's a cut-through which connects the two sides of the loop. As of now, there's 2 small trails you can take off from the loop. The Ranch Loop is .73 miles and loops back to the same spot you entered the trail. The Prickly Pear Path is .32 miles and also loops back to the same spot you entered the trail. The playground is currently under construction, but the design looks great. They are still building different areas, but is already a nice place to come for a walk and enjoy the green spaces."
"Outstanding new community park. We are glad our city officials ( Phil HARDBURGER and other mayors) have invested into parks for our exercise and health/well being. GOOD use of our tax payers money! There will be a new children’s play area and pirates ship. Coming soon! Google Mitchell Chang foundation for more information on MITCHELL’S LANDING!"
"This park is a great little neighborhood park. It has large grassy areas to play soccer, football, or frisbee. It has 3 baseball/softball fields. It has a soccer field with nets. It has several public restrooms, to include multiple family restrooms. It has water fountains by both parking areas. Speaking of parking, there are two lots, the second being larger, that offer plenty of parking. There are two hiking-only natural trails. There is ample distance of paved trails too. There are a few picnic tables with covered pavilions. Overall this is a great place to take your family and have a great outdoor outing."
