"Clean fun and staff was very kind and helpful Edited: honestly I really did like this place but I’ve tried calling this location multiple times to try taking to a manager about my problem, so I wouldn’t have to leave a nasty google review like this. None of my calls have been answered and it seems like nobody is picking up the telephone. But yesterday my sisters and I were informed by the man at the front desk that if we left a review we could get a free 5 credits for the arcade. (The next instance happened after my comment to the bowling alley was made) At the time my sister was slapping me in the face with a stuffed animal snake she won from the claw machine. I asked her politely to stop. And the man behind the counter VERY inappropriately made a disgusting comment to me infront of my VERY young sisters! He said “at least it’s not meat” … he pronounced it “schmeat” . I have tried to justify that comment in my head but I can’t find it anything other disgusting and absurd. Kids are sponges, they’ve been repeating his comment around the house all day talking about him slapping meat on peoples faces and my family and I find it completely disgusting! I don’t understand how the employees customer service training goes, but regardless it needs to be more in depth. Nobody should ever say inappropriate jokes especially infront of very young children. Very disappointed with the man’s behavior and word usage to me in front of my family. My mother has tried to call and speak to a manager about this as well and no calls have been answered. I hope something can be done."

"Bowlero is our favorite bowling alley in San Antonio, mainly because of the staff! We get a family feeling every time we come and have never had any bad experiences. Katelyn Ruiz in particular is an absolute gem! She does amazing with parties and always has a smile on her face! She goes above and beyond in making sure your visit is the best it can be. Thank you Ponderosa for making our pastime so much fun and having amazing staff!"
