"I will never shop at the Lombard location. The older woman, with short hair, that works there is so rude. Never a smile, thank you for shopping Dollar Tree, or have a good day. I asked to use the restroom and she tossed me the key as if I was a nuisance. The restroom has a sign on the inside of the door that states *if the bathroom isn't up to standards please let them know.* Well this is me letting you know! There were empty toliet paper rolls scattered on the floor, along with garbage and the toliet hasn't been cleaned in a very long time."
"I went there this morning to buy a clip board. The place is a disaster. The shelves look like they haven't been straightened out in a year. Everything is all over. The lady at the counter just laughed with agreement when I told her. Not impressed at all."
"This Dollar Tree in Lombard is our favorite. The manager is wonderful and the store is the cleanest and most organized in the area. I easily drive the extra time to get to it."
"The young lady there was very rude and yelling at the customers when it was busy and didn't let me grab something that took one second to grab because she was hungry. The managers there should by law give them a break very uncomfortable for me to shop there. The young African American lady was very rude to us hopefully they give breaks to their employees so this doesn't happen again."
"They are good as far as holiday creative things very nicely stocked clean store bathroom needs attention could be cleaner . Arabs in the store sometimes stalk you to see if you are not stealing but when u have toddler it's hard to keep their little hands out of places ."
