"If you are proactive in protecting the environment then why is it that I have to have water pooling up in my yard to get help with my Slumlord? I can promise you if there is black water in my sink and bathtub it's probably pooling up somewhere..... and it was because I have seen it I just don't use my water enough because of the black water.... Smh"
