"I will never recommended coming to this location ever again. After a dispute about my dogs foot being cut or whatever the case may be. Upon picking up my dog we were told his paw was knicked during grooming and upon bringing home his paw was gushing blood everywhere as if they cut his nail wrong or cut in between his toe really bad. He was so bad that we had to bathe him and put a sock on his foot to try and control the bleeding. We reached out to the owner for her to send her groomer to my home to look over my dog and then the groomer tell us that she never made a mistake or rushed and that it’s our fault for not taking our dog as often as we should and that she apparently never knicked or cut our dog. Then when the owner called us after her girls returned back to the office the owner sided with her groomer and was very rude to me and and stated it’s not their fault, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me, and never called me back! Pictures shown are of my dogs paws and how bad he was bleeding and even in the back seat of freshly cleaned car."

"I was happy to go here for my 2year old 120lb cane corsos first time getting his nails trimmed and the staff was friendly and happy to help before my actualy appointment time was even ready. They were professional, polite, fast and affordable. The crew even recommended me what would be best for my dogs nails in the future. Would definately recommend anybody with any dog size to go here!"

"We took our puppy back here a second time after not loving our first visit. The owner was SO precessional and reached out to us many times. She personally did the cut and services the second time. Winnie looks amazing and is the cleanest she has ever been! We love her cut and are very glad we took her back."
