"We have taken our dog to this place and other locations close by multiple times without issue. Today, we took our dog and holly and another employee with short white hair was super unprofessional. They refused service because our dog barked once. They said it’s their busiest day of the year and they can’t service our dog if it is going to cause stress. They clearly don’t know how to handle dogs. They didn’t even give him a shot. No other groomer has had an issue with him. They clearly just wanted to make their schedule less hectic. Now I can’t get my dog groomed anywhere because it’s so last minute. Super unprofessional and a waste of our time. They shouldn’t be working at a dog grooming place if they can’t handle dogs. Especially a dog no one else has had an issue with. Our dog is 10 years old and gets groomed about 6 times a year every year and we have never had an issue until these two ladies."
