"I absolutely love this store! I recently adopted a puppy and I came in to try and find some things to keep him occupied. Alexis took the time to walk me around the store and show me so many options for chews and licks. She gave me a lot of advice and great ideas! The staff here has helped me out so much in the past with my senior dog and now with helping me navigate the puppy stage again. I truly appreciate the above and beyond help I received from Alexis!"

"We had brought our dog to the Valentines Day event, and it was sad how some of the staff treated my family and I. The male coworker, Adam I believe , was very friendly, he gave us the best customer service, and enjoyed giving treats to my dog. He helped us with the paw painting and pictures. Unfortunately, Alexis and then other woman working were rude, did not speak to us after we greeted them, but they were friendly to the other shoppers. We felt very outed, and hinted that she didn’t want to help us. We could feel the racism coming from her. Very sad that this happens.. especially since were there to treat our dog!"
