"Always so peaceful, the parks department keeps this area kept up nicely, aside from a few soda lids & small liter it's generally clean. Various benches to observe the fountain, numerous trees & 2 carved tree trunks. In the summers bands will play on the stage & each spring the city holds a PB& Jam festival every Friday. Free & open to the public. Always a good time. I was surprised & disappointed that the first photo that popped up was someone in the fountain. It's not a bathing fountain, wading fountain nor is it a watering hole etc. It's purely to admire, colors of lights change depending on the season & in the winter the water is drained & lights are put in place. Nostalgic Christmas decorations are placed in late November as well, definately a must see!"

"This is the most tranquil place I've been too. It is in the middle of town but yet so quiet and peaceful. They have lots of benches to just sit and enjoy the fountain and views. Plus it is close to all the cute stores"
