We had a professional pool company come put and there was a mistake in the set up. Bwet will sell you pool and then treat you like dirt and lie. Run away! Go anywhere but here. We are contacting our construction owner friends and advising them to never use bwet/bdry."

"Very poor customer service. They say they will call you back with what you need and you never hear from them. If you talked to a particular person, they won't come back on the phone and they have someone else give you a message. Bwet told me I had to call the doughboy corporation office myself since they couldn't get an answer. Funny how I was able to get a free skimmer and Doughboy went out of their way to help me. I advise anyone not to use Bwet if they actually want a pool and any type of customer service. They obviously do not want your business."
