"A heavily wooded park with several shelters and activities available. People of all ages seemed to be taking advantage of these opportunities. I visited on a pleasant Saturday in early March and saw multiple people enjoying the disc golf course, several boat trailers at the boat ramp, senior citizens interacting with young kids, and numerous others just out for a walk in the park. It was a joy to find such an appreciated city park in a town the size of Highland!"
