Reviews
"Always the best place to go park by the water and catch your thoughts. Interesting to explore after you learn about the murders that happened there and the cousin that had lived from jumping."
"The bridge itself is wonderful to cross over on foot or bicycle. The parking lot on the Illinois side is okay, but they really need to maintain it better. There were big dumpsters overflowing and the Porta potties had been pushed over by vandals. Missouri is building a very nice parking/picnic area on their side. Hopefully it will be maintained better and protected from vandalism which seems to be very prevalent on both sides."
"I wanna suggest we turn this awesome bridge into a memory bridge also. We need a “Love Lock bridge “ in St Louis and feel this is perfect bridge for it. You place a padlock onto the bridge with loved one’s initials and ppl from all over add their own locks. Could help bring more ppl out to enjoy it and create more memories. I will be adding my own lock on my next visit . Let’s start something new. Like this review in support of this. Thank you."
"Old Route 66 bridge spanning the Mississippi River. No traffic on here but you can walk and cycle across. You'd get away with crossing on a motorcycle.. Unique features are the direction change in the middle and the length of it. Worth a walk across (long walk)"
