"I called to get information about replacing my pool that was damaged in the winter weather we had in our area. After asking a few questions, the lady seemed flustered and brushed me off the phone. I'm not even sure what price they were quoting me. I told them I had a 27ft round pool that needed to be replaced because it was damaged. It is already a pool there with the entire setup, and the area was going to be cleared myself. But since i didn't get the information i needed from them, i had to go on to look for other pool companies that will work with me on this project and can also deliver the best customer service and have good communication. I'm still searching through Google, thumbtack, and Angie's trying to find a dependable, reputable, fair priced, great pool company to do my project. I even had to cancel my Labor Day party because of the lack of communication with them AND these other companies. I hope the next customer is able to get a better start with them and can,hopefully, have a good pool experience while trying to create their versions of their dream pool ."

After searching online, I found what I needed. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but my first impression is that their customer service is lacking."
