"Best breeder I've had the experience of meeting! Charity was very quick to respond and answered every question that I had. She is very knowledgable! We got a red toy poodle from her and he is the sweetest, most playful boy. I recommend Fuehne Family Pets if you're looking for a reputable, dog breeder who truly cares about their pups! Pictured below is our red toy poodle, Donny Burger :)"
"Purchased a Maltipoo in January of 2020 He has had a host of health issues. The most serious being a diagnosis of shoulder dysplasia at a year and 4 months old that required surgery and rehab therapy. Charity accepted no responsibility after the sale of the dog. I am extremely disappointed. I love my boy but his health issues have cost me a fortune. I would most definitely not recommend anyone purchase a dog from her. *Edit* I failed to mention that the dog was cryptorchid. So the fact he has shoulder dysplasia was not exactly a surprise. Two genetic problems. Her answer was to yell instead of saying, "What can I do to make this right?". The only solution she ever came up with was for me to travel with my dog, 6 hours away, to her vet for the surgery which was an unacceptable solution. Why would I travel 6 hours to take my dog to a vet I'm unfamiliar with? My calls/texts were never returned and I finally gave up. I'm very aware of everything mentioned below. I have lived this nightmare for over a year. I can't speak to what happened to him in the 6 months prior to my ownership, but he never had any trauma in my care. He's so well loved and well taken care of. At the first sign of limping he went to the vet. There was no reason to try to get in contact after the issue with the Cryptorchidism. Why would I bother? My focus was on him and getting him better. I stand behind everything I said."
"We had an amazing experience purchasing our little girl, Lizzy!! After being scammed by a breeder online, we chose to purchase from a breeder closer to home. We arrived to see what puppies were available and left with the best dog ever!! The owner/breeder allowed us to take our time and spend time with each and every puppy to make sure we received the best fit for our family. After 3 1/2 hours of playing, watching and discussing the puppies, we chose our pup!! The purchase transaction went very smoothly and handled very professionally. We were unfamiliar with the Shichon breed, but have fallen in love with it!! I definitely would recommend Fuehne Family pets for your next addition to the family!!"
"Best pups we've ever had (Schichons). We are completely in love with our boys. We are mortified to see that the cost has more than doubled since we got our little guys just 9 months ago. Could never afford to do it again, so we will love them as long as we can. Breeder was very accommodating and took good care of the pups. We were thrilled with the experience."
"When I first met the breeders I was extremely excited and they were very patient as I picked out a pup. They additionally provided me with lots of goodies for my pup to take home. I paid more than what others were charging and more than what I set out to. No tail docking was included, no chip, and not an AKC pup since it was a mix breed. But this breeder was local so it saved me drive time. I was never able to see parents in person even though I requested to. And I now realize a reputable breeder should not have allowed me to take my pup home at just 5 weeks. A reputable breeder should have let the pup go at 8 weeks and spent time teaching the pups like their website states. Additionally I’m seeing the prices of their pups have almost doubled in less than two months!"
