"Tried to sign up for a yearly family membership but was unable to because of the treatment from someone at the front desk. After reading other negative reviews, can't help but wonder if it's the same person. Our household is multiracial with foster children, so being asked 5 times are we sure everyone lives together under one household, we decided to leave after feeling like we were being interrogated for trying to "scam" the Rec center for a few bucks a month. Extremely sad we couldn't try out the facilities and support out local community. If we ever try again we hope it will be with someone else helping us."

"Extremely horrible experience. Tried to sign up for a family membership but the rude woman at the front desk couldn’t possibly fathom that adult children can live with their parents. Also, was soooo confused about me having a different last name than my parents. Which as a foster kid, is extremely alienating and hurtful. Would have loved to utilize the facility and support my community, but this interaction completely ruined my experience. Will not be returning."
