Holiday Inn Express Rochelle, an IHG Hotel

"Drive on...... The room was nice and comfy, but it all stops after that. NO hot water in the shower, the "breakfast" was totally rancid. The "hot" breakfast items were all soaking in warm water. No orange or apple juice, the pancake machine made flat rubber hockey pucks. I expressed my DISsatisfaction to the front desk clerk upon checkout. After leaving my phone number etc, was assured I'd be contacted. Been almost a week now, and..........Nothing. Which is what I expected. What I DID expect after paying 150.00 for ONE night was some sort of something for that amount of money! There's NO need for the usual Corporate, Owner, or Manager reply stating how they "Strive to make everything right" and for me to contact them."
