Reviews
"I have issues every time I move to a new place. Their customer portal is terrible. They shutoff water without warning. Customer service is nice but their answer is always sorry we can’t do anything. And unless you have all the proper docs they will refuse you any service. All I want to do is get water and pay the bill. why is that such a hard task. Hire people who can do their job and make the system speed up. You have people going without basic necessities because the system is lazy."
"Called twice, listened to hold music for over 23 minutes only to have the lady say I sound like robot and hang up. This deserves NO stars, but that is not an option."
"I have had issue after issue over the last 3 years with their online payment system. They need an IT person to fix bugs and system errors. Do you want my money or not?"
"This place is awful. If it were a company, it would be bankrupt. They make it extremely difficult to sign up for water when you purchase a home. They want a copy of the deed, which you don't have until it comes in the mail a month after closing. They want your drivers license and SSN as if they're going to run a credit check, but they still charge a crazy deposit as if everyone is a deadbeat. They typed in the zip code wrong, so I wasn't able to sign up for an online account to do autopay (because you have to type in the zip code and I had no way of knowing that they typed it in wrong). It took hours of my life to get to the bottom of that. Then they questioned me about the previous owners of the house and were hesitant to let me sign up for water in my name because I guess he didn't pay? Not sure why his non-payment would have anything to do with the new owner."
