"Friendly, professional staff and clean atmosphere. I brought my adult German shepherd here. She is very anxious and had never been groomed before. They were wonderful with her and she was absolutely beautiful after her spa day. They are very helpful and courteous, sending 2 text reminders of your appointment with specific time (never a half hour time frame) beforehand. They will cancel your appointment if you are late. This is reasonable, as all of their other appointments for the day shouldn’t have to wait just because you couldn’t be on time. I highly recommend."
"Very disappointed. I have been on the books for weeks and was told I could bring my pet between 8 and 830 and at 807 was canceled, they dont have time now. The lady who answered could schedule me in 2 weeks. Ummmm so what you can do that again. Seriously PISSED OFF WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE"
