"The room itself was okay, but a bit small. I’d say the best part of the room was the pillows and blanket, however I really did love the desk area. The worst part of the room was the nonexistent HOT SHOWER. It was lukewarm, at best, and minimal water pressure. I was so cold in there and it wasn’t pleasant at all. I gave up hoping the water would heat up and just got out. The breakfast was fine and filling. Service got marked down because I might have left something in my room and didn’t realize it until after work and I was about to leave town. I went back and inquired if anything had been found by housekeeping. The front desk agent checked the lost and found, called the head housekeeper, as well as took me up to the room so I could look myself. That was all great and I really thought I was getting some help. The low rating is because they took my number down and said the head housekeeper would ask her people if they saw the missing item, and that I would receive a call either way, just so I could know of it was really left there or if it wasn’t, and maybe I misplaced it in my vehicle. Many days went by and I never received a call. Yes it was a tiny little thing, insignificant to them, and replaceable, but still…if it was there I would’ve liked it back and if it wasn’t, I would’ve liked to know that, too. Also extreme low rating because of the crappy shower I had."

"Stayed over Christmas. Everyone was really nice. Place was cleanish. Breakfast was alright. Good location. Not too shabby."

"Nice place! Kids enjoyed the pool, although the chlorine smell was very overpowering. No hot tub. Nice sized pool though! Nice common area/dining hall for meals."

"Worst stay experience ever. I checkin via the app ahead of time. When I arrived, the front desk told me no room is available. What is the point to checkin early if you cannot keep the inform live. They asked me my contact inform saying that they will call me when a room is available. Never happen. I cannot checkin even at 3:00 pm. When I finally check in at 9 pm, they did not allow me to have a late checkout. So I cannot checkin because of lots of people are late check out. When it came to my stay, I was refused for late checkout. The interior is outdated and dirty. The bed is small for two. I will never book this hotel again"
