Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burlington, an IHG Hotel

"The service here was pleasant. Rooms are a bit unclean but not as bad as some others I have seen."

"We made reservations early that morning with a guaranteed late arrival. We reached the hotel and they told us that they had no rooms available. Finally, they managed to provide us a room for the night. We got to the room but it smelled worse than a football player's locker room. After complaining to the receptionist, he was kind enough to provide us with a room deodorizer spray. The breakfast room was clean and the gentleman in charge did a great job. Overall I would say that this was the worst Holiday Express I have stayed at. The reservations group should try to do reservations instead of trying to force us with questionable services."

"We got the room we wanted without a reservation. Loved how room was set up with Luggage bench and clothes hooks. Cleanliness was excellent and such comfortable beds!! Breakfast was great too."

"From the moment we walked in, we knew this hotel was worth the cost. We have stayed in multiple hotels riddled with issues, but this stay was perfect. The staff was very friendly and informative, the hotel smelled nice and was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very soft and plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The bathrooms provide their own dove shampoos and body washes which was something I have never experienced before. 100% recommended staying at this location if you are staying in Burlington. The pool was warm, clean, and the hot tub was the same. We will always look for a Holiday Inn from now on."
