"What was suppose to be a special day on Valentine’s Day for my wife. Turned out to be horrible. I ordered roses an ballon’s. The flowers weren’t no where near what they are advertising an I never received the balloons. We also didn’t receive the arrangements until 8pm valentines night. The communication is poor I reached out an called for 2 days before someone texted me saying “please text me” which was unprofessional. I’ve gotten better flowers from Kroger!"
