"Very disappointed, and I will never be using John Friedman flowers ever again.. A friend recommended John’s shop to me, so I ordered a $300 funeral spray for my father’s funeral last Tuesday. I requested all masculine colors, along with very specific flowers.. (birds or paradise, roses, etc.) Not only did the spray arrive to the funeral late, but when I finally saw the spray, they had used very feminine colors, shades of hot pinks, light pinks purples, lavenders, and most of the flowers used were different shades of carnations with some greenery and lilies.. They didn’t use any of the flowers I requested and I told them specifically I did not want ANY substitutions for my flowers because the flowers I wanted were very specific because they were the flowers my father liked. When I tried to call John to express my frustration he hung up on me and said I was wasting his time Very unprofessional company. Do not use these people!"
