"BRING BACK THE HAND BASKETS PLEASE. It’s not fair to punish all your customers because some got stolen. Even if I liked using the push carts there are never any small ones available. :( just really hard to believe a location this busy can’t afford to replace hand carry baskets."
"So standing in the customer service line now the store manager (Marcus)is standing back there look at me never said anything to me. 5mins pass still standing there I then said hello good morning the lady says she’ll be right with me. I then explained I was trying to retrieve a copy of a receipt said she didn’t do that. I told her the customer service line told me to come to the store. She then proceeded to huff with an attitude I told her this is what was instructed by your corporate office. Well she don’t know… okay no problem who’s the manger on duty. Customer services desk means you’re here to service the customer. If you are not feeling well or today is just not a good day stay home…."
