"Devon is an incredibly unprofessional groomer. She needed clients when she started her business a couple years ago, but the quality of service has slowly declined to the point of abysmal. I continued taking my dogs here because I wanted to support a local, woman-owned business. Unfortunately, supporting this business has become untenable because her open store hours are inconsistent, and my younger dog comes back with his nails untrimmed and nicks all over his body. Devon has, on several occasions, scheduled grooming appointments with me and failed to show up. She is always running behind, and the shop opens whenever she sees fit, despite what the opening hours say. Overall, I’d encourage people to consider supporting other local grooming businesses and side-step the flaming mess that is Fancy Fiona’s."
