"I placed an order all the way from Germany for my mother in law. The guy was very attentive. I accidentally gave the wrong address but the guy still found the address with out delays. I had to pay extra for some chocolates but it’s understandable that to get them it costs the company time and resources to make it happen. In the end it wasn’t a big difference compared to going to the store. I felt as if I was in the US making the order directly. No fuss, no problems just good old service. Thank you Lucy my mom is super happy with her arrangement. Even after a week the flowers look like they were bought yesterday. I will definitely recommend your services."

"If it was possible to give zero or fewer stars for this review, I would. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom at a rehab facility two days before Christmas, which I received the confirmation invoice with the credit card being charged and the delivery instructions as confirmation they received my order. Their working hours were on their calendar, and the time slots available for delivery on Christmas Eve were as well, and the order was placed well within the hours posted on their website. I tried calling them before placing the order to make sure there wouldn't be a problem delivering the flowers on Christmas Eve, but no one ever answered their phone. I couldn't leave a message either, so I thought with the confirmation invoice, that should mean the order was good to go. On December 30th, they called me to tell me they weren't open on the day I ordered the flowers and I should have known this, so the flowers were not delivered. I told them it wasn't necessary now, so I wanted a refund or confirmation they did not charge my credit card. Since I never received a confirmation for the refund, I sent an email asking about it. The owner was very rude and replied that per our phone conversation, the order was canceled, and if I looked at my credit card statement, I would see that I wasn't charged. Now that may not seem rude to some, but if you are in the service industry, you do not treat your paying customers like that; especially, when it was false advertising from the beginning by saying they were open and taking orders when they clearly were not. At no time did this person accept responsibility for doing anything wrong, when so many things went wrong from beginning to the end. I would not recommend using their services due to lack of communication and not caring about the customer."

"1 dozen roses were delivered to me on Valentine's Day. The arrangement was not attractive at all. The florist failed to deliver the chocolates and had to make another trip. The chocolates were Ferrero Roche chocolates that you could purchase at any Walgreens. The roses were not fresh either. On day two, the flowers were wilted and messy as depicted in the photo. Disappointing to say the least."
