"First I received someone else’s birthday flowers. I called to let them know, there was a mistake and they probably gave my order to someone else. They told me to leave it outside (in 90 degree heat) for them to pick up later (which I did not do of course because after all someone else was expecting those flowers for their birthday). They came, apologized, took the flowers and said some other stuff was on the way. At the end of the day my order did not arrive at the time requested, and it also arrived incomplete. I called but they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to call the company where I ordered these from. The flowers are beautiful but the service is very unprofessional."
