"I ordered flowers Saturday before 12 noon. I understood that they may not be able to get delivered same day as it was right before noon. I paid for the “premium” Christmas flowers for my mom. They just NOW delivered the bouquet at 6pm Monday. The bouquet is hideous, it’s cheap looking like carnations and I’m completely dissatisfied with them. Won’t order again from here."

"I had to take a few minutes to calm down after my interaction with the Owner, who sarcastically called me a “Ray of Sunshine” among other things. I was sent flowers that were also supposed to include balloons and chocolates. I received the flowers Tuesday, the sender called to ask about the missing items Wednesday morning, and was told, “Oh we were just talking about it, one of the drivers had leftover items, he is in route to her now”. Never came. I waited until today, Thursday, to call and I got the owner. After telling him the problem, and requesting that he refund the balloons and chocolates, he called me a Ray of Sunshine, told me I was rude, and said the driver was just on his way but he will call and stop him. No accountability, certainly no apology or offer to make it right, instead I get called terrible names and it would have been worse had I not hung up. I will be sending a complaint to the BBB along with any flower network Tomball Flowers is affiliated with. After reading the reviews, I am not shocked and I wholeheartedly urge anyone to NOT DO BUSINESS here! Where I’m from, a man does not speak to women that way, and as a business owner, when you make a mistake, it’s YOUR job to make it right. Not to verbally assault the customer who is missing part of an order someone paid hard earned money for. I’m shocked at the treatment. If nothing else, he should be a little more careful how he speaks to women because the way he just handled himself on the phone, over a complaint about missing items from TWO days ago, was menacing and completely inappropriate. A business owner takes accountability and does right by his customers!! I wish there were more action I could take, but we are honest people, so we would just appreciate a refund for the items that were not delivered, instead of making an issue over the entire charge with the bank. Sir, you’re welcome for our business and we accept your apology for both the mistake on YOUR part for the incomplete order and the way you just spoke to me over the phone. Five months to reply, and now you’re saying you have no record of the order. It was 1000% YOUR shop and 1000% your owner who needs a lesson in how to speak to customers, particularly women."

"Purchased flowers on Friday 12/6 these are horrible I could have done better buying from the grocery store and spent a lot less and the flowers would have lasted because these flowers were all spent and died by Sunday 12/8... I am so embarrassed sent these flowers to a friend who lost a family member and they didn't even last two days.. Never again I will purchase from Bramble & Bee in Tomball going forward... These were just shoved together with no thought and as you can see they should not be in the flower business at all."

"Ordered flowers to be delivered to a local restaurant. They were delivered to my house instead. Maybe doesn't sound a big deal, but the event was to be a romantic re-enactment from 25 years ago, which is still revered by my wife today. Called shop to complain, and was told I didn't fill out the webform correctly, even though in the 'Special Instructions' box I put "Deliver to 2920 Steakhouse". Sorry Tomball Flowers & Gifts... details are important, and how a complaint is handled separates an average business from a great business."
