Susana's Flowers

"Needed flowers for a celebration of life service in the Tomball, TX area. I searched by ratings and Susana’s stood out. Absolutely came through with a beautiful arrangement that the family loved and appreciated. I know now why the ratings were so high. Although Susana was concerned about having enough flowers due Valentine’s Day activities, she delivered a gorgeous arrangement. The pictures are not nearly as beautiful as the final product."

"The flowers themselves were beautiful, I know my friend spared no expense. However, my flowers died in 3 days. I noticed the next morning the flowers began looking sad. I keep my home 67-71 degrees so they didn’t get warm. I picked out the the dying flowers the next morning and realized they had green floral wire running up the stems to the flowers. The day after was the same I picked out more flowers, also did a water change and added food because the water was slimy already and stank! Wednesday morning same routine. I was sad, but also mad for my friend who I know just paid $100+ for flowers and upon delivery they were basically dead. I received the flowers Monday at around 6:00 pm and they were trashed Thursday morning. I have never experienced this and the only thing I could think of was my flowers were used, left in a hot delivery van or they handled them entirely too much by weaving the wire in them. I have used Suzanne’s times before to deliver but now I worry I did the same to the person I was sending them to. I did not have the heart to tell my friend about this. I’m the photo this is right after delivery. I took the best photo I could to send to her and tell her thank you. Some were already wilted."

"I had a bouquet ordered for my wife's birthday from my normal florist. I had ordered online and didn't see that they were going on vacation. So Tuesday morning rolls around and I see the email stating they can't do it. I ended up calling Susana's and they have a bouquet ready within the hour for me. It is beautiful and I feel like it was a great value. I will definitely order again with them."

"Walked in and was personally greeted by owner. Very polite and accommodating. I new the color scheme of the arrangement I wanted and she had everything gathered and ready for me to choose the flowers I wanted. Great variety and so very beautiful! Less than 30 minutes later she produced an incredibly gorgeous arrangement. She even offered to order any special flowers I may want for future arrangements. Just call and request! My absolute favorite florist! My daughter loved it! Everyone who saw it was so impressed. Awesome florist! Highly recommended."

"I am so pleased with the service and floral arrangements we received from Susana’s Flowers. The individual I spoke to on the phone was kind, and the florals that were delivered were stunning. I gave very general parameters and asked the florist to make the other creative decisions. These flower arrangements were ordered from three families who all placed an order with Susana’s after the loss of a loved one.
