(Excuse me if I have the name wrong) Carol assisted in a plethora of ways. Customer service outstanding and she was a joy to talk to. I feel bad for any that might've had a bad experience based on some reviews, but fortunately I experienced none. Would gladly recommend in a heartbeat!"
