"Clearly this Kroger has serious management problems. We were approached by one of its employees who was in visible distraught. The employee was in such bad condition they were asking us to intervene between the management staff and them. The corporate office seriously needs to investigate this location. When an employee is being abused by management so bad they have not choice by the reach to a customer, something needs to be done. Kroger Executives needs to mitigate this problem as this location. For us, the management treated us as customers extremely poorly; though based on our interaction with management at this location there is no surprise they abuse their employees; it is very alarming to see they have pushed this person to the point of insanity. Clearly, this Kroger location needs to be boycotted for inhumane reasons."

"I have tried to use the kroger floral service twice. Once for an anniversary and now today for a birthday. And both times I call to confirm the order and they confirm the order. And both times the florist that they sub contracted the work to cancelled the order and did not deliver the flowers. Both times kroger or the florist failed to call and notify me. I would advise never to use this service. And I will never use kroger floral service again!"
