"I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered the next day and Petals Plus did a wonderful job! The delivery driver even called me to make sure it was okay to call the recipient to ensure she'd be home for delivery. That was a first. I was surprised it was delivered in the morning and it was just as beautiful as the picture on their website. I definitely will use this company again in the future!!"

"First I need to mention I am not a robot. I am a paying customer. This is my second time patronizing this business. My first experience was spectacular! That is the reason I came a second time. This time was disappointing to say the least. Customer service was unprofessional and an extremely uncomfortable experience for me.The lady who helped me was overtly sarcastic and rude. I believe that is due to her own personal racism. I am not happy with my arrangement nor was I asked if I was satisfied. If you are a person of color, please do not spend your black dollars here. Do not contact me. I will not remove this review."

"I live all the way in Houston and I really wanted a very special, very memorable arrangement of flowers sent to my mom for Mother's Day and after searching and calling many florists, I decided to go with Petals Plus because of how warm and friendly Lanie was when I spoke to her over the phone. I explained that I was not local but I had a general idea of what I wanted and she said they could do the arrangement plus delivery to my mom in DeSoto. She even provided pictures a day before in advance so that I could see. When my Mom received the flowers she contacted me and was blown away by how gorgeous and stunning they were!!! These flowers are everything and more and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be using them from now on!!!"

"There’s nothing better than a local florist, we have fresh flowers delivered every 2 weeks for less than a couple trips to the coffee shop in town. I make pretty regular purchases for my wife’s school or other occasions. The arrangements are spectacular and they last. Delivery has been spot on every time. Cassie and the crew can handle any job any where; yes, I’ve had a friend in a jam who needed an arrangement last second sent to St Louis. They came through without a hitch! I could go on and on, Petals Plus has it going on!!"
