"I wish that I could give this place 10 stars! Great service, beautiful work, and perfect timing! I walked in looking for an arrangement w/ budget of 50 and they made it work! Less than 10 min later they handed me a beautiful floral arrangement. Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job. Will always come back! "Unprofessional, rude, threatening!!! Messed up a delivery-less than 10 miles away- for my birthday. They did not deliver on my birthday but they reported they did so my family kept waiting for me to thank them, as it was supposed to be a surprise. They eventually asked me if I had received anything from them and that is how I even found out. It was over the week-end so I could only call Monday but they were nasty & after 2 transfers a guy- the owner I think-started screaming at me, threatened me & said 'so what, we will deliver it in the end!' & these things happen because they are very busy-then continued to brag about the decades of them being in business & how great they are...NOT the best promo when you just messed up a special day & lied about it! The bouquet was nothing to write home about either & it wilted quite quickly..."

"This place is absolutely awful. Do not request a delivery from this place if you want to get anything close to what you ordered when you're supposed to get it. These people marked my order delivered without ever having tried to contact me and then delivered it to my receptionist without making sure it even got to me the **next day**. I asked why and she said everyone there tried to call me even though its mysteriously not in my call history and no one attempted to leave a message or get in to the office. They found the "Mark Delivered" button no problem though!! In addition we ended up paying over $55 for seven (I'm sorry, NINE) carnations and a pine cone shoved in a vase with some random bug-eaten leaves. The staff is rude and if it hadn't been for the fact I ordered through a real flower company I wouldn't have even been able to get a refund."

"NICEST PEOPLE ON EARTH! I love this flower shop. Visiting from NYC florists are very different and I wish we had a cute shop with amazingly nice people like this. I would 100% recommended this place! Beautiful flowers! So many choices. Very accommodating and you can definitely pop in last minute if you need anything. Please give them 5 stars and come support this amazing local business. I will definitely be coming back here asap! Thank you for the amazing service!"

"My husband is in the military, and is away right now due to Covid 19. I received this arrangement approx 3:50pm on Monday the day after Mother’s Day. My husband chose to do an arrangement from floral concepts due to their reputation and word of mouth. One of the white roses were bruised, and petals missing from the daisies. The sunflowers didn’t look very good as well. I called the store and spoke to a nice woman who apologized for the incident. I let her know, I’ve received several arrangements from my husband in the past from others and they were absolutely beautiful. Fresh flowers, no damage or dead looking. My arrangements last at best a full week. I’ve even had a rare situation of long stem roses that lasted 2 weeks in full bloom! Strong, vibrant, all with proper care. Fresh water, flower food and cool water. The lady set up a replacement for the roses and damage. The following morning 5/12/20 I received a tall stem vase with two beautiful perfect roses! I appreciated the effort.(Hence the two stars) Now as for the arrangement itself, I expected it to last at the very least one full weak. It is the 5/13/20, one sunflower is completely dead, the petals of the daisies are falling off, and several daisies are slumped. I’ve insured fresh water and flower food. (I’ve made arrangements myself, I’ve taken floral classes.) As a mother of two young children, I’m just now getting the chance to write this. I’m extremely disappointed my husband spent money on these flowers/arrangement for it to not even last. I wanted to enjoy them, and my (supposed to be) special gift. Now it’s practically dead not even 72 hrs later. I will not be recommending this floral shop to anyone. We will look for business elsewhere. I understand these are tough times, but if you have standards as a business, then you would not compromise on quality. Especially in the industry of creating special moments with something that’s supposed to be beautiful. **An hour after posting this the dead daisies got worse**"
