They would either deliver to the wrong location or at a terrible time. I’ve used Aviv three times now and I’m just extremely pleased. I asked if they could deliver before a certain time (before my wife left work) and they have. I feel like they actually care and this isn’t just a business. "EXPENSIVE AND DISSAPOINTED Very dissapointed and cheated - I needed a custom bouquet of 18 yellow roses sent to my uncle in Cordova Tn. Firstly they are exorbitantly expensive but I figured it's Xmas snd I wanted the order sent the same day, I added a box of chocolates that the sales girl said was $25 for a medium box she told me the small was $17. She also asked if I'd like a bow and I agreed ....... My flowers were not sent the same day instead I got a message saying they didn't have enough flowers , the next day my uncle got my flowers with no bow and no chocolates. the arrangement looked like I went to the grocery store and threw the flowers in a vase - nothing special about it at all..... When you try to reach them it's impossible to get through took me 30 minutes and she said she'd sent a message to some team who will get back to me to resolve the issue. I will never use them again ....."
