"I'm only going to give it a 3 and the reason is, it used to be a five-star place but here lately I don't know what's going.On busy days there's usually no cashiers so they want you to use the self-checkout lines, but I'm not just a customer I'm a member, and I pay so I can get the discounts so I expect the service as well too.I'm not asking for much I'm just asking for some good old-fashioned customer service somewhere where I can go and buy the things I need and utilize. When asking a question about where I can find something the associate seems to be confused or seems to not be willing to help. One of the most popular answers to the question is I don't work in that department but yet they do carry a radio with them. I work down the street at the Baylor Hospital I enjoy coming over during lunch and maybe getting a snack or two and at the same time buying some of the groceries that I need so I don't have to go after work, things have changed and I don't know if I want to continue to renew my Sam's card"

"Usually good quality picks. Not nearly as good as Central Market but stuff is generally fresh and clean. Pricing is moderate. Some boquets are a little higher than expected in a discount warehouse. Sam's and Whole Foods are fairly reliable for simple boquets in the area. Others YMMV."
