"This flower shop makes enjoyable bouquets, and we’ve relied on them for several celebrations. However, I purchased a bouquet recently that was delivered a full week ahead of the scheduled delivery date, ruining the surprise. Phone calls to the shop asking for clarification on this issue went unanswered and emails sent to during work hours were not returned. There are equally good, or better, florists in the area who have superior customer service."

"Was very disappointed with the level of customer service. I got when I called to order flowers. I asked if they had hydrangeas they said yes they could do blue or white I said OK great I would like blue and she said yes that would be a designers choice I said OK can you send me a picture of it once it’s done? Or a picture of a designers choice you’ve done before? And they said no that’s not possible we don’t have anything to send a picture With. I asked you don’t have a cell phone? She said yes, but that’s my personal cell phone and we don’t do that here. I mean what kind of a florist won’t send a photo or let you know what something is going to look like before you purchase it? Very bizarre to me. If you really want to make your customer happy you would send a picture I guess they don’t need our business that bad"

"Wow, what can I say? This bouquet I bought was such a beautiful arrangement. My friend's mom passed and she was so thankful to have these as a reminder that even though she is going through a hard time, that she still has all of us to rely on (This bouquet was a gift from my coworkers and I). It was elegant and even included a bow that is not pictured here. We're really thankful we found a local business that offered fast and easy delivery. Also, side note, their customer service is amazing. So, I actually ordered this arrangement on October 5th to be delivered on October 21st. One of the workers accidentally sent it too early on October 7th. This wouldn't have been a problem but my friend was out of the country for a couple more weeks to deal with the funeral. After talking with the owner of the shop, she graciously delivered another bouquet on the appropriate date of October 21st. Both my friend and I were very thankful for this. I couldn't have imagined a better process. I definitely recommend this place and will be using them in the future for such an occasion. P.S. The 2nd bouquet picture was 2 WEEKS after it was delivered (This was the one that was delivered early). I don't have a picture of it in its fresh state, but my friend's niece who received them said they were beautiful."

"Jason did the florals for my baby shower at the Four Seasons Hotel. He did such an amazing job and was just an angel to work with!!
