"Went to American Sale because i knew they should have lots of models actually on display and they do! Wanted a tub sooner rather than later i purchased on Wednesday and they committed to a delivery on Friday! So excited. They commit to price match! Came home and did exactly that! No company local or outside the area would come even close to the price i got! The day of delivery was a blizzard! Everything closed! These delivery people brought my hot tub and set it in place in a blizzard! downright treacherous! Within 1 day i also received a message from American Sale regarding a hot tub techician to be scheduled for an onsite inspection and tutorial of both my hot tub and maintenance water testing (they want your hot tub up and running in your home before they come). This Techician was unbelievably friendly! full of information! Tested the water made recommendations and answered every question. Was willing to stay and discuss no matter how long it took. Never ever made me feel that my time was limited or a question was dumb. I have a history of water monitoring in large capacity facilities! He is excellent at what he does and what he knows! All this at no cost to the customer! Followup on-site is part of your purchase! This tech came from an hour and a half away. I could never have expected a better experience ever with purchasing a hot tub! This company and the people they train and employ are all amazing. Even the salesman was super knowledable , informative and never pushy!"

Extremely knowledgeable in aspects. The delivery communication was great. Delivery guys put the tub just where we wanted it. And then once the hot tub was set up they sent Joe by who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on hot tub care and pool care. He explained how the chemicals work, maintenance, operation etc. He even gave me tips on my pool! My wife and I absolutely LOVED this and it made us both feel more confident taking care of the spa. "After 6-7 phone calls, 2emails to get help on s brand new pool heater. All I got was voicemail. Nothing angers a loyal, polite, understanding customer but to be blown off for almost 2 weeks. Until I involved Bree manager did things start getting done. Why do you push good customers to their brink, to become someone you don’t want to help! I told my sales person at Orland cancel my hot tub if I can’t get heater working. All I wanted was Customer Service! You need serious communication help in this area!"
