"Pay $55 dollars for a mini ramo buchón i was supposed to pick it up at 12:30 the owner forgot about my order they did it fast and I had to fix it my self . I think if I’m paying $56 dollars for something nice it should be nice and with time. I was a good customer but I have to look for some where else this is the ramo I fix in the picture owner harrasest clients to change their reviews to five stars or not comeback. When you try to get some of your money back"

"I could tell the flowers were old upon delivery. I felt terrible as my friend in Korea ordered them for my birthday. 5 days after delivery the result. Other shop’s arrangements last a good 2 weeks. They are not doing right by their customers. Do not order from them. Update: the owner contacted me the same day (which she should not of used her records for my phone number in the first place) and blamed my friend for the poor quality since "you know she ordered them from a 1-800 number and not from our store, right?" My reply was that I had sent flowers all over the world and not had a problem. The flowers are still coming from her store regardless of where they are ordered. I had read other reviews about her poor attitude so I ended the call quickly. My review stands and I would take away that one star if I could for the poor customer service after the fact."
