"Their scheduling is AWFUL! Last minute notification and re-scheduling. Never available on days I have off, so I have to take vacation time just to be there. I did this once and they didn’t even show up on the scheduled day. When I called, they blamed an error in their scheduling system and said they didn’t even have a tech working at all that day. I’ve talked to customer support and management, and have finally just given up even trying. The last two times they’ve just come and sprayed outside my entry doors, but bet they still charge every month for the entire service. Definitely not a contract I would renew."

"The Orkin representative was friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of good information about possible locations that pests could enter. He reiterated the services he would be providing, when he, or someone, would be back and how often. He also assured me that if we see or hear anything that is alarming, to call and they would come and check it out!"

"I live over an hour away from service, but they're always on time and call me when coming. If I ever have issues, I just call and they find a time that works for me for a touch up service at no extra charge. After our first year contract was up, we were going to cancel only cause of money. However, it's been 4 years and still have them. It's worth it!!"
