"We had a problem with a clogged drain in the basement in a rental property. Roto Rooter is not the cheapest option. We know this from experience. I called several companies. My call went to voicemail or "no longer in service" message. Two companies did call back but said they didn't do this kind of work. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent a very professional technician, "Lucky", within a half hour. Lucky took care of the problem and provided me with a detailed report. We are very appreciative."
