Let me start by saying that Linda called me just a couple of minutes after I placed my online order to let me know that she didn't have most of my arrangement in the cooler because of several completely understandable reasons. We chatted about who I ordered the arrangement for, agreed on the substitutions, agreed that she had total artistic freedom, and voila! Just about an hour later, she called me to ask if I had received the pictures of the finished product via text and I couldn't be happier! It is absolutely stunning! Her customer service is stellar and her variation of the original selection turned out to be 100 times better of what I originally chose. "They were out of the arrangement I selected online and called to see if a similar substitution would be acceptable. I said it would. The arrangement they created was nothing like the original and not very good at all. It appeared to be a hodge podge of whatever they had leftover. After seeing a picture I asked to remove the hydrangea and add some greenery or filler to make the arrangement more cohesive. They did not change the arrangement and proceeded to deliver it."
