"Just bought a few items at Des Peres store. After I found the parts I needed .. without any offers of assistance .. I stood at the service counter for nearly 5 minutes. Neither sales clerk even looked up from their cell phones until I announced I would like to check out. Seemed like I was inconveniencing them. Heard no appreciation or thank you for my business. Very poor customer service."

"We switched to pool repair from another outfit to Leslie's earlier this year and have been very happy with the service. The people at their Des Peres, MO location are always very kind, helpful, and customer-oriented. The equipment and supplies are always top-notch and the technicians they send out are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend this store and its retail/service staff to everyone. Thanks for always doing a great job! Update: July 2023 Want to commend technicians Dwight and Peyton for their stellar service with our pool issues recently. They handled both problems with skill and good humor. Also want to commend the store staff, particularly Jonathan, who also handled some parts ordering issues very adroitly for us. My wife and I really appreciate the quality of service, both in the field and in their retail location."

"I purchased a brand new pool cleaner. It broke 2 months later. It is under warranty so I brought it in for repair. They said it might be a month. Tough during pool season but i said ok. It has now been 6 months and I still don't have it back. No good explanation. My biggest gripe is that I try to call for an updated and the phone rings off the hook. It doesn't matter what time of day I try it just rings and rings. I went into the store and asked if their phone worked and they said yes but sometimes they don't hear it. I called the line while I was there and sure enough it did ring, but they have it on vibrate. Nobody cares to pick it up I guess. Clearly they have employees who don't care....sad. I would try a different location."

Ever been to a massage therapist who didn’t do massages? Remember the time you were satisfied going to the car dealer who didn’t know anything about the car? No? Well that’s what going to Leslie Pool Supply feels like! I went in and asked for assistance adjusting a pool fitting. Her: I’m not going to be able to help you with that. Me: Is there someone here who can assist? Her: I’ll get the manager. Manager: Yea I don’t know either. Me: It’s like a car mechanic who doesn’t work on cars. Have a good day."
