"DO NOT HIRE THEM. With the amount of money this project costs they should be keeping their clients in the loop at all times. No communication ! They came out the day of to lay the pool out and no prior planning at all. They rush through the jobs so they can get to the next one. They hooked up the control panel for the pool so you can download app and do all from your phone. They never said they were coming out, didn’t tell us what to do, wires left outside like a 2nd grader did this. I had to use my friend google and you tube to figure out what I was working with and how to use. As a new pool owner this is very scary and with no one communicating or emailing you back is an extremely unsettling feeling. Find me on the neighborhood app for more information and pictures. Owner is a joke as well."

R&R is full of excuses when issues arise, they lack attention to detail which affects the overall quality of their work, their communication not only with us but with other contractors they hire is exceptionally poor and their customer service and customer satisfaction is very minimal."

"We had our pool installed 3yrs ago and from day 1 have had nothing but issues with this company. Many promises were made by 'Rocky' including a lifetime warranty if we used their company for all openings and closings , that was a lie. We found out the hard way when they opened our pool this year and broke something and we ended up paying for it. When we called Rocky and asked him about what he promised, he backtracked and talked about some preferred plan that was no longer offered - this was never discussed at all by Rocky or anyone else at the company. . The list goes on with issues, do your due diligence. I would never recommend this company."

"Choosing this company to install my grandparents pool was the worst decision. Had we known the nightmare it would be working with them (starting from day 1)... we would have never worked with them. Our experience spans 3 summers so this isn’t a reactive response, but one that’s complied over several years. Same awful experience year after year. First off, Patty in the office is rude, unresponsive and has zero customer service. Initially, our biggest complaint was the lack of communication. Never any communication on next steps of the project. Contractors would just show up without notice. Every phone call asking for information or timelines led to curt responses and excuses. Then there were the things done wrong in the project. They installed the wrong tile onto the pool. They did the plumbing wrong for the pool which was pointed out to us by a highly reputable pool company. Several issues with the pool and they don’t want to help remedy mechanical issues still under warranty but not working properly. We would love nothing more than to wash our hands of this company entirely... unfortunately, other pool companies only want to service pools they install. Steer away from this company."
