"Lindy’s was awesome to us!! We love our pool and have had it 5 years rhis summer!! Its our happy place! We highly recommend Lindy’s!"
"My advice is run in the opposite direction from Lindy's Pool & Spa as fast as you can. Signed a contract and placed a $15,000.00 deposit 3/2021, Heidi the owner does not return calls or follow through with anything g. Permits were denied and now a year later she doesn't have our $15,000.00 to return. That's criminal. Do your research."
"I want to say that it has been 5 years since my pool had been installed and it still looks great. I can’t wait to open it this year. They are one of the best contractors to work with. We all have issues when taking on a project like this and they always do what is fair and right. I would recommend them to anyone. If you are seriously considering a pool use them. They will not disappoint."
"My wife and I met Ben (owner) last year when we were looking to have a new pool installed. The previous owner of our house had lied to us about the condition of the pool the house currently had and it had collapsed. I am a veteran and full time student with three young daughters, my wife works full time but money is tight on one income. After multiple bids for new pools, well out of our budget, Ben came to our house and offered to remove his used pool from his house and install it at our house for a cheaper price than buying a new pool. The price was right and Ben is a veteran with a family, so I honestly thought I could trust him. We even invited them out one night, being another veteran family, to just get to know them. Problems started almost immediately. Ben an his crew had no regard for my yard and landscaping. I told him I had an irrigation system yet they didn't attempt to mark the sprinkler heads or avoid them and destroyed many. When I asked him about fixing them he refused, he also said he would bring some rocks to fix some landscaping out front and then never did. The landscaping in back was completely destroyed along with most of my yard which I was left to fix. I was told the whole thing would take a few weeks yet as I type this it is not finished (just found out the inspection has lapsed), they started around May of 2018. There were weeks when nobody even showed up to do any work as the pool just sat out back. Sometimes guys would show up for an hour two and then leave not to be seen for another couple of days. During all of this Ben nor anyone at the company would answer a phone, return text or calls or emails. Finally, when his crew poured the concrete around the pool they did a horrible job. There are concrete splatters all over the new pour and my wood patio beams, which they also beat up with their machines and didn't attempt to fix. The kicker is the concrete was poured wrong. Instead of sloping away from the pool the whole pour slopes towards the pool. Now every time it rains all the water goes into the pool filling it up with dirt and throwing off the chemicals while also forcing me to drain water to keep it at the right level. When I noticed this my wife and I called and texted and emailed dozens of times and nobody would answer or return correspondence. When finally a threat of lawsuit brought Ben here to talk about it, he claimed to have poured the concrete that way on purpose and forgot to tell me and he offered us a thousand dollar discount. We had multiple other pool companies come look and none can believe anyone would pour concrete this way and it is absolutely wrong. Worse, it will be at least five thousand to attempt a fix. Lindy's still refuses to do anything to fix their mistake. I have been calling and texting and emailing daily this past week and nobody will respond. All I want is my contractual opening they owe me and the concrete fixed, that is it, but once again, they are ignoring us. If you look on BBB they have been turned in for this exact same thing before, and I wish I had known that before hiring them. We cannot believe any company would treat customers this way especially knowing I am a vet with a family and a tight budget. I highly recommend you find any other pool company to work with instead of Lindy. Update: Heidi, (Bens Wife) responded to an email, ignored the concrete issue and asked when I wanted them to open the pool. I told her I was tired of waiting for a response so I had already opened it myself. I then proceeded to tell her all I wanted was for them to fix the concrete and to let me know what they are going to do. She has yet to respond and I sent that email on 5-17-19. I followed that up with an email asking if anyone would respond on 5-22-19. Now, today, 6-8-19, I have sent another email asking for a response. In the meantime we have filed with the BBB and Attorney Generals office. 6-8-19: instead of fixing, they threatened with lawyer, so well settle it in court now. Never do business with this place."
