"DO NOT trust this florist with your funeral services. I used Jeannie for my grandson's funeral and she did not deliver as promised. I paid her A LOT of money to just receive basic arrangements. I even stopped by two days before the funeral to order extra stuffed animals and balloons which she simply chose to not deliver. AWFUL EDIT: I had already gone into the shop to speak with the owner before posting review. Jeannie was unapologetic and sincerely just did not care that she didn't provide as promised."

"Very disappointed that we chose this place and trusted in them to do what they said they would do.. the owner apologized that she couldn't make it "as outrageous as we wanted" (her exact words), when the reality is we asked for beautiful and she gave basic. A family member even had to leave the service to get additional items for the service. It makes me sad that this florist, who is supposed to help make saying goodbye a beautiful process, simply could not be bothered to provide as she promised. If you came to the reviews section to decide if you can trust Angel Garden Florist with the responsibility of helping make your loved ones last goodbye special, I would advise against using this particular florist."

"Messed up my FTD order of flowers for my sister's birthday three times. Delivered two weeks early, then missed her birthday after FTD promised to deliver on her birthday, then after my second complaint, delivered the wrong and a cheaper bouquet two days late. How much worse can a flower shop behave?"

"I ordered flowers from Teleflora for my sister's birthday. They've always done a great job choosing a local florist for the order. It was the first time they sent the order to Angel Garden. Their delivery service was great, but the arrangement was pathetic. Looked like they bought a grocery store bouquet and threw it in a vase. I'm adding 2 photos, the 1st is what I ordered from Teleflora and the 2nd was what Angel Garden sent. Very disappointed in the cheap looking arrangement."
