"I never leave online reviews but after not getting a satisfactory result after calling in, I felt the need to (and no I don’t consider me driving to the store to pick up 6 more stems of flowers a satisfactory solution). These photos are what I ordered vs what I received. The received arrangement was about 11”x13” for reference. And several of the stems were not even long enough to be submerged into the water, so those wilted the same day. I understand the need to occasionally substitute flowers when availability is low, but in no way would I say this meets their policy of “Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.” I have bought flower arrangements for decades and even considering Valentine’s Day price premiums, this bouquet is worth less than half of what I paid for it."

"RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a $75 bouquet of roses and it looked like something I could have got from Walmart for $10. Called the business to express my concerns and they hung up on me TWICE. Highly suggest going elsewhere if that is how she treats her customers."
