"Never again will I use this company. Poor communication, horrible customer service, and they didn't properly clean my property. Here are the details. I called House Beautiful in July to clean a rental property I own that was vacant in between tenants. When the new tenants started to move in a few weeks later, they told me the bathrooms were dirty. I called House Beautiful to make sure they did in fact clean the property. The woman on the phone told me that it was impossible for her crew to remember because a few weeks had past. First red flag. I went to verify for myself and the bathrooms were in fact dirty: urine stains on the toilets, dried soap in the tub and on the sink, soap residue on the floor. I called House Beautiful to let them know and to see when they would send out another cleaning crew to fix the situation. They said they would look into it but they never returned my call. I called back 2 days later to see if they had any answers for me or a plan to correct the situation. They said they would look into it but never returned my call. This happened 3 times. Ultimately I had to hire another service to come out and clean the property, so essentially I paid double. I called House Beautiful back to see if they were going to compensate me for having to hire a second cleaning crew. They told me this was against their policy and there's nothing the owner was willing to do. This is the last time I will ever use this company."
