"Hip Maids came highly recommended to me. I hired them to do a deep clean prior to a party at my house. They arrived on time and left 3.5 hours later. I wasn't home while they were there. When I got back home, I quickly found out that a general clean wasn't even done, much less the deep clean i was paying for. The owner said he would look into it. He replied that there was a trainee working at my house and that may have been the reason. I asked to have someone come back the next morning to finish the job. There were unable to do that because they work M-F. The owner only charged me for a general clean in the end."
