"I am so disappointed I have to leave this review but it should be heard. what a crazy horrible experience we had. We have been coming here for years, today was like any other day, I'm a mother with a toddler waiting in line for the pool to open on a almost 90 degree day. My mother and father in law were pulling up to the circle drop off at the front because he's handicapped (had ankle surgery has a difficulty walking) my daughter gets out to help him and the manager came running up saying they can't come in line with me and they need to go to the end of the line and I needed to as well....I'm guessing she's the manager and it seems she has a lot of complaints online already. The people behind us even were so flabbergasted she said this to us. What makes me even more irritated is that as I was waiting in line other people were being dropped off and she said nothing to them. NOTHING. Which everyone in line was saying the same thing. I don't know why all of a sudden we were her victims for the day. Sure I understand cutting but she was heartless when I have a toddler on a hot day and making my poor father in law walk to the end of the line when handicapped!!!! And when I tried to get in they told me I had to stand on the side till they got to the front. But it didn't just end there, the pool closed because there was low visibility and they couldn't see the bottom of the pool. We decided we should get going since we couldn't swim, so usually they give passes back so you can come back. Guess who was waiting still out front. My mother in law was asking and the same women said we had been there for 3 hours and that we won't be getting passes. She didn't look at her watch....they didn't hand my mother in law a ticket with time and number of passes (which they usually do) so she couldn't of even know our exact time we got in since I had to go to the end of the line anyways. I don't know who this woman thinks she is, but if you have this women as a manager, you should really reevaluate. Your going to get a bad reputation and lose profit. Facility itself awesome, great pools, feel safe with the amount of lifeguards, my kids love to go. I use to tell friends they should come here but now....I won't be recommending anyone to come here to be treated so horrible."
"I wish if I can give them 0 stars the old ladie that was on the window today 8-20-23 was sooo rude towards us she should get fired asap customer service is -100 out a 10 I will not recommend anyone to come here because if you do you will get disrespected"
"I really felt like my son (new swimmer/ 6Y) and his two cousins (great swimmers/9Y&10Y) were safe with these lifeguards. We went in the hottest day of the year and they did safety checks every hour to ensure they swimmers reapplied sunscreen and checked in with their parents. There were a few times I noticed a guard have to jump in the water to get a young swimmer out of the water, all was well. However it was great to see how tentative they were. There are a variety of water slides. Some with rafts and others without. They have a nice area for really young children to explore the waters. The only reasons for the 4/5 ⭐️ is I felt the woman who was assisting all the bag checkers at the front was a little snobby. Not a great first impression."
"My 1st time was fine. Kids had fun. Non resident rates were high $23 per person on everyone older than 2, regardless of age, regardless if you show up 2 hrs prior to close and regardless of participation. So even if I just was just watching kids, may as well swim because I'm still full price. It seems to me that they are trying to discourage Frankfort residents, or any non residents from visiting. Not a fan of this type of operation. We went on thur (weekday) july 14. I was disappointed because we went for their Christmas in july event and I didn't see Christmas anywhere. Heavily staffed, which is nice to see anywhere nowadays post pandemic. They definitely take safety seriously. A little too serious. But I guess you would prefer your life guards to be strict than relaxed. Love the slides. Love the lazy river. Love the cooler friendly policy (despite the fact that you can't eat on the lawn, under the umbrella, picnic style. You got to eat in the designated area). Love the pool temperatures. Felt very comfortable with putting my 4 mo old in the pools. I considered purchasing a membership but I am on the fence with these pros and cons."
"Only gave 4 stars as I have not attended during regular hours. I have only been for swimming lesson and my kids enjoy them. The staff is alway nice and they have many lifeguards. The water is temp controlled and have a few slides and a little kid play area."
